Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, this website, or our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, rather than in court.
